Vincent Guyaux, Chairman
Vincent Guyaux has extensive management and business development expertise in North America, Asia and Europe in high-tech industries. Since 2003, Vincent founded, presided over and is now Chairman at Embrase, a business consulting firm driving high-technology ventures to sustainable growth. He acts also as President & CEO of Nanometrix, a Nanostructure Coating Solutions Provider. Vincent was President & CEO of Imaginum, a fabless chip manufacturer, General Manager of Mindready's Embedded Systems Division, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Locus Dialog (acquired by InfoSpace) and Sales Manager at Apple Canada. Vincent is Chairman of the Board at StationSpeed, and holds a diploma in Applied Computer Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

Philippe Telio, President
Philippe became President at Embrase in 2007. He has worked as an independent consultant with Embrase since its creation in 2003. Recognized by his peers as a consummate marketing professional, Philippe has over 15 years of executive experience driving strategic business development in Canadian and US technology firms. He has held various positions including, General Manager of Airvex Media, a manufacturer of digital media systems, Director Speech Technologies at InfoSpace USA, Vice President Marketing at Locus Dialogue, and Director Sales and Marketing at Public Technologies Multimedia. Philippe sits on Xaracom Advisory Board, and is a member of the Canadian Technology Network (CTN). He studied Engineering at the University of Western Ontario.

Pamela Rasey, Partner
Pamela co-founded Embrase in 2003. She has over 16 years of U.S. and International experience working with technology companies. Pamela provides a range of expertise in marketing, research, business development and sales. Since arriving in Montreal in 2001, Pamela served as North American Marketing Director at Webraska from 2001 to 2002 and as Director of Marketing at Radical Horizon from 2002 to 2003. In the US, she held Sales and Marketing Management positions at Cincinnati Bell, Cintech, and Cincom. Pamela completed her Bachelors degree in Management and Business at the University of Dayton.

Alain St-Onge, Partner
Alain carry 25 years of executive experience in business management and consulting. Along these years, among other things, he has started many manufacturing, retail and distribution companies. From 2004 to 2007 he worked for Desjardins Capital de Risque as director in their management consulting department. A true entrepreneur himself, Alain understands the reality of modern firms. He has developed and adapted a range of processes and intervention tools that respond to the needs of today’s management teams. He is recognized as a specialist of business strategy and in how to make it work.  Alain have completed a MBA specialized in business financing, is member of the Corporation professionnelle des administrateurs agréés du Québec and hold the title of Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Claude Sabourin, Partner
Claude possesses extensive knowledge of manufacturing of electronic products for OEM and ODM sales; distribution of components and finished goods in the consumer and profession electronics markets. His 30 years experience in the field brought him to develop and lead effective sales teams composed of distributors and representatives in Canada, Asia and in the United States for Gould Marketing, AMCS, RCF North America, Softakoustik, Apogee Technology, Phitek System and Tymphany Corporation. Claude has a solid reputation on both continents for being hard working, aggressive but at the same time personable and ethical. Passionate about sound and music, Claude had is first career years in the mid-seventies up to mid-nineties as a promoter, production manager and stage manager for bands and artists like Elton John, The Rolling Stones, U2, The Stones, David Bowie, Supertramp and many more.

Françoise Guyaux, Partner
Françoise Guyaux is a designer and web developer with a bi-disciplinary degree in Computer Science and Art from the University of Montreal. From 2000 to present, she has worked as a designer and web developer for a range of projects. Between 1991 and 2000, Françoise taught multimedia courses at both the university and college levels. Being the recipient of a NSERC grant, she spent three years in the doctoral multimedia program at the University of British Columbia. On the creative side, Francoise assisted in developing the college curriculum in multimedia at Maisonneuve College in Montreal and received a Felix award for the design of Mara Tremblay's CD titled Le Chihuahua.

David Chabot, Partner
David brings a range of experience in software and development, web and multimedia design, e-commerce and B2B / B2C communications and audiovisual production. This allows him to quickly understand and evaluate solutions and services as an operations and project management resource that rapidly fast tracks initiatives for proven results. Since 1996, David has occupied marketing, creative and management positions in multimedia and audiovisual organizations, creative agencies, software and Internet ventures before joining Embrase. David is a Communication Studies graduate from Concordia University with a focus on video and new media.
