Philippe Telio, President
As President of Embrase, Philippe leads a team of seasoned professionals focused on commercialization. Recognized by his customers and peers as a consummate marketing professional, Philippe has over 20 years of executive experience driving strategic business development in Canadian and US firms. He has held various positions including, General Manager of Airvex Media, Director Speech Technologies at InfoSpace USA, Vice President Marketing Communications at Locus Dialogue, and Director Sales and Marketing at PTM. Philippe sits on the boards of RushPR, Arkalumen, DokDok, and Xaracom, and is the producer of "Startup Camp" events in Montreal, and Miami. He studied Engineering at the University of Western Ontario.

Dikran Husseindjian, Senior Partner
Dikran Husseindjian has spent over 20 years in the information technology sector in a career spanning sales, distribution, and general management. For the past eight years he was National Sales Manager at Apple Canada, leading the sales team to top performance in revenue and profitability growth. Prior to joining the information technology sector, he spent 5 years in marketing and product management in the manufacturing sector for companies that include Honeywell, Bristol-Meyers and Hunter Douglas.
Dikran has extensive expertise in developing sales, sales strategies, positioning and planning corporate growth. Dikran excels in highly competitive environments undergoing rapid change. His ability to strategically position products and services within a performance driven culture brings great value to everyone he works with. Dikran holds a Bachelors in Science from Concordia University and an MBA from McGill University.

Larry Lisser, Managing Partner, USA
Larry brings 15 years of sales, marketing and business development leadership experience in emerging communication technologies. Through a variety of engagements, Larry has gained a deep understanding of distribution strategy and implemented channel models that have succeeded in markets ranging from small business through to large enterprise. Based in San Francisco, Larry has filled business-critical roles and provided direction to technology companies ranging from telecom to web-based B2B services. Larry is a native of Montreal, Canada and has been based in the Bay Area for the last 10 years.

Jean Bergeron, Senior Partner
Jean Bergeron has over 20 years of experience in the telecom, computer and consumer electronics industries. During these years he held sales and distribution as well as senior management positions. For the last 8 years, He was Regional Director for Eastern Canada for Fido then Rogers wireless where he led effective and large sales teams in retail and business markets. He also acted as General Manager for a national telecom retailer with over 50 locations across Canada. Before joining the telecom industry, Jean spent 5 years with Sony and 8 years with Apple Canada in different sales leadership roles.
Jean has expertise in developing sales and distribution strategies through a reseller channel as well as with corporately owned point of sales. His ability to develop tools and programs for the distribution channel has sustained a win/win approach over these years. Jean has studied marketing and sales at McGill University.

David Chabot, Partner
David brings a range of experience in software and development, web and multimedia design, e-commerce and B2B / B2C communications and audiovisual production. This allows him to quickly understand and evaluate solutions and services as an operations and project management resource that rapidly fast tracks initiatives for proven results. Since 1996, David has occupied marketing, creative and management positions in multimedia and audiovisual organizations, creative agencies, software and Internet ventures before joining Embrase. David is a Communication Studies graduate from Concordia University with a focus on new media and video.
Bernard Duval, Partner
Bernard Duval has 20 years experience in marketing and communications through his extensive marketing, design and PR agency experience for international, large and small organizations including, but not limited to: Algorithme Pharma, Chivas Regal, Coca-Cola, Corona, Grand Marnier, Hoegaarden, Labatt, Minute Maid, Christofle, Laboratoire Dr. Renaud, Lalique, Harley-Davidson, United Nations NYC, Mephisto, Cryos Technologies, Bell Canada, Canon, Telus and Xerox. Bernard is a strong team player that has a wealth of expertise in strategic marketing and integrated communications for B2B and B2C projects.
François Marois, Partner
François is results focused and a very dynamic manager, with proven expertise in leading national sales organizations and global customer business solutions in the health and pharmaceutical industries. François has held management positions in Canada and Europe, including: Associate Director - Business Development Europe at MedPlan Communications, Marketing and Sales Director at P&G Pharmaceuticals, Customer Marketing Director France and Belgium at P&G Pharmaceuticals. Francois has a proven record of creating successful strategic alliances and partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry. François is a cross-functional team leader in developing innovative business solutions driving organizational effectiveness and business growth.
Alain St-Onge, Partner
Alain has 25 years of executive experience in business management and consulting. Along these years, among other things, he has started many manufacturing, retail and distribution companies. From 2004 to 2007 he worked for Desjardins Capital de Risque as director in their management consulting department. A true entrepreneur himself, Alain understands the reality of modern firms. He has developed and adapted a range of processes and intervention tools that respond to the needs of today?s management teams. He is recognized as a specialist of business strategy and in how to make it work.? Alain have completed a MBA specialized in business financing and hold the title of Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Vincent Guyaux, Advisor
Vincent Guyaux has extensive management and business development expertise in North America, Asia and Europe in high-tech industries. Since 2008, he is President & CEO of Metafoam, a metal foam manufacturer. Prior to that, Vincent was President & CEO of Imaginum, a fabless chip manufacturer, Co-founder and President of Embrase Business Consulting, General Manager of Mindready's Embedded Systems Division, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Locus Dialog (acquired by InfoSpace) and Sales Manager at Apple Canada. Since 2006, he also guest-lectures on creating business plans for the MBA program at McGill University. Vincent holds a diploma in Applied Computer Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
