Marketing Operations Coordinator

Full time | $55,000-$65,000

Managing fluid, predictable marketing operations across all of these audiences and conferences requires great communications skills, an understanding of modern social and marketing platforms, and the ability to manage many concurrent projects smoothly.

 

The Marketing Operations Coordinator owns the schedule of tactical marketing activities, ensuring that they are carried out on time, accurately, in compliance with applicable law, and with measurable results. Working with the Director of Marketing, they turn strategy into tactics and work directly on campaign messaging and execution.

 

This is a position with significant growth potential, and the successful candidate will not only execute hands-on marketing campaigns effectively, but also discover new ways to increase audiences, test messages, and create compelling offers that expand the business.

IT integrator

Full time | $55,000-$65,000

The IT integrator configures, maintains, and troubleshoots the technical systems on which operations rely. This includes email, calendaring, security software, videoconferencing, project management, and marketing automation platforms. The successful candidate will have a holistic understanding of how the various technical systems interoperate, be proactive in evaluating new solutions, and be cautious in changing mission-critical parts of the toolset, employing proper testing before deployment.
 

The role involves daily use of task management systems (Slack, Wrike) and handling inquiries from the event team related to the website, as well as participating in 1-2 meetings a week either in person or via video/audioconference.
 

In addition, we expect the successful candidate to suggest ways to improve the business and to take an active role in growing the organization and further improving the excellent relationships we have with audiences, speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
